We undertook several phases of works totalling £1.2m at Gilbourne’s Farm in Sutton Courtney. This included some works to the main property, the conversion of an annexed barn in to a swimming pool, the construction of a new-build two bedroom dwelling and a magnificent summer house by their lake.
